京都市が再整備案 緑化駐車場新設 水族館計画の梅小路公園

　京都市下京区の梅小路公園にオリックス不動産が計画している水族館建設に合わせ、市は１２日、七条通沿いの「七条入り口広場」に緑化駐車場を新設する公園再整備案を公表した。駐車場入り口は七条通からのみとし、周辺生活道路への車の流入は抑える。
　再整備案によると、「七条入り口広場」に芝生などで緑化した「緑の駐車場」１６０台分を新設する
。水族館予定地西側のＪＲ西社宅地（約１万平方メートル）は、土日祝日など来場者が増えた際、臨時駐車場に転用可能な「緑の広場」として芝生をベースに整備する。
　公園西側に現在約２００台分ある市駐車場エリアをＪＲ西に鉄道博物館用地として貸与する代わりに、ＪＲ西が近く廃止する社宅の土地を借りる計画で、貸与面積などはまだ決まっていないが
、すべて借りられた場合、２００台以上の臨時駐車場が確保できるとみられる。
　梅小路小に面し、通学路や生活道路となっている木津屋橋通には、駐車場入り口は設けず、植栽で覆う。バス駐車場は４台増やし３０台分に広げ、駐輪場も２７０台分整備する。
　駐車場整備費について「税金投入を最小限に抑える」とし、民間に委託し整備していく方針。
